Power failures

Goodday

We have been having power failures for the past week, random times, its happened 6 times already, no one can tell me when is it going to be fixed, i called and emailed Tshwane electricity, they say something about a ring out and they are working on it, but dont know when its going to be fixed. They should have fixed the problem from day 1 and not only now.
