I came to Pta to visit my Mother, we have been experiencing power failures since the 17th of Dec, today is the 20th and still no electricity. It's been 4 days now. It is only a few houses in Eersterust, ext 4, Begonia Rd. The resident's have logging calls with the Tshwane call centre and these calls are just been logged through the dispatch team. This team only attends to our request at night. How on earth can you attend to such a serious issue at night working with torches etc. And whereby the problem is only fixed temporarily for 1 or 2 hours then we sit with the same problem. Could this matter be given a priority, we are suffering major losses with meats and foods in our fridges.
