Power cut off for no reason

On friday 27 September at half past five in the afternoon the guys from tshwane rocks up at my residence and disconnects the electricity even though the account has been paid in full during the week. When I told them that I'm only renting the property and that the landlord already fixed the arrears amount the response was that its not their problem? Now I'm stuck without power for the whole weekend for absolutely no reason
