Non-processing of the Unabridged Certificate

Good day!

On the 18th of June 2013 I applied for an unabridged certificate of Mr Bonginkosi Vuyani Given Zwakala. On the 26th of July 2013 I checked the progress at the Carolina Branch and found that the request was not processed. On the 30th of July 2013, I went to the Ermelo Branch to check on the issue and as given another form to re-apply. It meant that the y misplaced my application form
