Officer P.M Modibetsane stopped me at a roadblock. I was driving a car with an expired disc and licence. He wrote me a fine because l would not pay him a bribe and he ripped the disc from the car. when l asked him that he has no right to do that. He told me l should get my lawyer and he would beat me up. I then went to JMPD vocational and found officer Gambu and would not let see the commander in charge. She told me to come in the next morning. l did and she chased me away. THE CRIMINALS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT AND SERVE.
