We accidentally put to much money on the Gautrain card and were told that it would take 7 working days to get the money returned to us. so cool beans.
It has now been two weeks, and we are being told that they have sent it to their finance department for final approval.
That is so unbelievably ridiculous, now we are being told that they have a back log of refunds to give, so we have to wait another week to get the money refunded.
and yet as they claim:
" We continue to be committed to providing you and all of our customers with the highest standards of service in the industry"
Total rubbish!!!
and no surprise that they don't respond, because they know they are at fault and their service is horrible!!
