At Hatfield I tried to reload my card but the machine was not accepting my R100 note so I called the security guard and she told me she won't help because she is not working so I had to join the queue. A week later on my way to Pretoria from Midrand the was a queue at the customer service so as I was standing there a lady who just got there joined the line and later spotted her friend up front then she went there to give him money and card so he could load money for her, what got to was that there were 2 gautrain gaurds next to me chatting abt this lady and they didn' do anything so now what I do is if some cuts the line I will go to them and show them where the line is, these security gaurds expect us to respect them whilst they stand and talk and not helpin out. The other thing is the service at customer care is horrible.
