I called the SARS call centre for my temporary password (e-filing) to be sent to my email 3 times already but still haven't received any email from them. I told them that I can't remember any of the security questions in order for me to reset my own password. The case numbers 108803757 and 109167583. My tax ref # 0420590184. What does a person do in order to get the correct service from them?
