Good day,
I am very unhappy with the service at gautrain. Last night I loaded R115 on my tag and this morning I only had R15 as a balance what is the deal with this as I am a regular user of the train, parking and on occasion the bus.
I would like this to be dealt with immediately and refund my money back to my card as if this continues you guys will loose clients as people won't stand for this.
