I took my aged mother to register for her pension grant to be greated with one young staff member eating biscuits and saying "now this time", being 4 o'clock. We were there earlier but did not have the necessary documents which we collected. She refused to give me her name. Anyway, Paul Makhado took us to his desk and was very professional and very friendly helping my mother. I feel he deserves to be recognised as an ambasordor of SASSA. You can be very proud to have him as an employee and really hope you give him the recognition he deserves. He helped us in 10 minutes.
