Today I visited the total bonjour garage in Louis Trichardt Makhado and I can't believe what bad service I received. In spite of having more than 3 petrol attendants just standing around, I had to wait 15 minutes just to get 1 tyre pumped. The petrol attendant assisted the first car in front of me taking all the time in the world and then just left and disappeared only to discover him having a chat with his staff members insIde the shop and he still ignores me. The petrol attendant at the next petrol pump is also just ignoring me after I had asked him to assist me instead he's helping everyone else who just arrived.
The service at this bonjour has deteriorated and its a shame, there's no friendly service and no urgency to assist. The manager was called from her office but she also just ignored me until a gentlemen from the car wash area was called. There is no consistency in rendering a good service throughout all clients, the staff first look at who they are serving then decide what kind of service to give you of which is nonsense
I hope you will resolve this matter not only for me but for other clients and to improve on the problem while you still have a chance.
