I would like to know who is in charge of the call center and who monitors the calls,
I spoke to a very rude Tebogo who eventually dropped the call in my ear. We pay for a service and we make sure payments are made on time only to get appalling service from someone who is not even worthy to be called the title of supervisor.
I would like something to be done about this.
Some people are sitting at home with great potential and qualifications while the City employs people who are rude and don't have any etiquette or understanding about what customer service is. Im disgusted
