In Nov 2012 they didn't pitch for 2 weeks - no contact from Pieter as to why. When we phoned to enquire he only then notified us that his truck was in for repairs. Promised they would come the next week & the same empty promise week after that. After more empty promises, I demanded that he return our gate remote. Another 2 weeks he did not pitch or return our remote al the while making empty promises that he would come and do the garden. He phoned me 20th Dec 2012 claiming that he needed to increase the price to R450 as the garden had more work. This would include cutting the grass, edges, cleaning the paving around the house as well as clean up the garden beds once a week. I agreed; he said they would have to a clean-up and charged extra for this. They were supposed to start 2nd week in Jan 2013; only pitched on 3rd week. Cut the grass half, didn't move the jungle gym and left the grass long there. Also wanted to leave before they even cleaned the paving & left edges long. He promised he would handle this. Last week they once again left the grass long under the jungle gym and no beds were maintained. Another empty promise; he would send the team back to finish. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
