On 7/01/2013 I emailed a complaint re: ( ridiculously high electricity tariffs) to electricity department and received a reply from Elana Brummer and were told that my compaint would be forwarded to the necessary department and was given Ref: 1004577482. On January 2d1 I still did not receive any response and decided to email agian. Untill today no-one has bothered to call me or call at my home to tend to my query.
