I had an accident on the 19th of June and the traffic that attending to the scene was the one mentioned above. My statement was done over the telephone of which I was told it was supposed to have been done in person as the other driver. The tow truck company that was there claim the Traffic officer instructed them to tow away my car as it was obstructing traffic in that section instead of moving the car to the side and no one asked me about what to do with the car as I was conscious after the accident. I called my sister while still in my vehicle to come and fetch my car but 10 mins later after they took me and my son to hospital the tow truck already took my car acting on behalf of the Traffic officers orders of which they did not get consent from me. I called the traffic officer to enquire what happened to my car and she said it was towed, she claims that she never said to the tow truck people to take my car whereas the tow truck people said she did. I called the officer on Saturday the 22nd of June to go with me to the compound and she declined in a rude manner. I called the Traffic Officer again on Monday the 24th to come and sort out this issue and she was very rude again.
