Prepaid meter doesn't except recharge vouchers and trying to get the problem sorted before a person runs out of power is impossible. I have been trying to get ahold of the call center for 2 days and there is no answer, I have spend about R500 rand on phone calls and still nothing. When u get thru to someone they transfer you and that is where it stops, no answer once again. If a person raises his voice about all of this thy simply put you on hold so nothing gets done. So what does a person have to do, steel power like they do in the informal settlement and become a criminal? It's no wonder they do it because there is no service from them.
