I am new to gauteng and i was not familiar with the aartho system, i then recieved a fine which went to my address in dbn, i contacted the call center just now to query the fine as i dont know anything about payment or discounts and to change my address, the on the phone was rude, when i asked him questions like if i could pay the fine on two payments he said he doesnt answer stupid questions, what kind of service is this, i didnt even get to change my address, when i ask to speak to his supervisor he cuts the call, when i call in again he cuts it again, its a flippen disgrace. I called today at 11:35am
