I have exhausted all avenues to try and get feedback on my account!!! and to top it off there was a broken pipe in front of my house so the team came out to repair it! But didn't close the hole- after 2weeks i had to pay someone to come and close it as it look hideous still with the Joburg water tape attached to my front gate. Nevertheless, I noticed that i was billed for this leaking pipe as my account was now 4 times higher than usual... NO FEEDBACK even on facebook after being promised, TODAY I GET A BILL THREATENING TO CUT ME OFF??? / WHAT THE?
