The house that we are renting has a lot of issues. Like for instance a waterpipe behind the washing machine is leaking water and we had to close the main tap in order to prevent the hole place from being flooded. We contacted the agent telling him that we are now whithout any water because of the leaking pipe, he then said that he will contact us when he has a maintence person to come and fix the problem, he has not given us any feedback we still dont have any water. And this was not the first time we had clomplained about the leaking pipe it just started leaking more and more. The main reason for complaint is that we are getting no feedback regarding issues logged with the agent.
