City Of Johannesburg Municipality
Bad service

On Wednesday the 12 June our electricity went out, i logged a call and since then it has been 25 hours and nothing has happened all my food is now rotten, i can't do anything. I find this unacceptable because i pay my bills on time and the person at the call centre says it takes between 1 and 5 hours for the problem to be resolved. I am currently still without electricity
