Duplication of car registration

I am currently residing in Pretoria North, I never but never visited Hibiscus Coast in Margate before. I received a fine during April 2013 for the amount of R150, I then immediatley contact the office via telephone number: 011 8910001, I was advised that I will receive forms that I need to complete and submit to start rectifying the mistake. The car picture on the fine show's a Getz or a smaller car but not my Renualt. Up to today after 2 fax attemps with a full explanation nothing happended. To my suprise I received a secon fine for the amount of R150 on 4 June 2013. As this is clearly a mistake I expect the whole issue to be resolved as a matter of urgency - I do have my original registration documents, and it is clear that the person in Margate is using my Registration Number, I need this to be resolved as a matter of urgency
