Lack of response regarding registration

I registered for BComm Honours in Business Informatics on 18 December 2012, paid the minimum fee of R7600. Towards the end of January 2013 I had not received any response regarding the registration. I called UNISA a number of times and sent emails however I received no feedback.

On 05 February 2013 I changed my registration to Hons in Dev Studies and on 08 February 2013 I changed my registration back to BComm Hons in Business Informatics. On 14 February 2013 I received an sms indicating that my registration has been finalised for 2 Dev Studies modules which I had cancelled and were no longer reflecting on my modules. I have been trying to get in contact with UNISA via telephone and emails but I have received no responses to my emails and their lines are either busy or ring then have a busy tone. The two times I have managed to speak to someone they have not helped me much as they all indicate they will be passing the matter on.

Kindly assist me in this matter as I would like to start studying as soon as possible. I hope this is able to get through to UNISA as all the other methods I have attempted have failed.
