They have messed up my passport twice in the last 7 weeks. it was sent back for the 2nd time 3 weeks ago and i have STILL NOT received any news!! when they are suppose to call or sms you, i guess they just say that to make you feel better because they are useless and incompetent. No wonder we are all in the situation that everyone is constantly complaining about!!! PATHETIC!! USELESS!!
