NAME CHANGE DOCUMENTS HANDED IN ON THE 9/7/2013

Handed in our name change documents to CIPC on the 9/7/2013, confirmation received- now 12 weeks later and still NOTHING has been done! How can a companies operate when these departments are so useless! You call the call centre and they advise you first it will take 6 weeks, then after 7 weeks STILL nothing has been done, you call back again and after holding on for nearly an hour until somebody decides to answer the phone, to inform you they cant tell you when it will be done as they have a back log from the beginning of the year! HOW USELESS AND RIDICSILOUS IS THIS! Every time I hear in the media they somehow want to upgrade their systems to work more efficiently, apparently there was an article in the news paper you can register a company in 24 hours??? Yes when pig fly- they just make more fools of themselves to be incompetent! USELESS!!! So we must just sit back and twiddle our thumbs till somebody at CIPC decides to do some work. USELESS!!!
