There is only 1 bus from Sandton to Gandhi via Braam & leaving in Newtown that is the only bus that gets me closer to home. That bus hasn't been coming in almost a week, so we decided to call today & find out what happend to it.
Tha call centre agent tells me this: "sorry ma'am we have no record of such a bus. Let me call the deport & find out." After holding for a while he tells me that he cannot get through to the deport & as he said before there is no record of a bus travelling this route. I have been taking this bus for almost a year now. How can they say thay have no record of the bus.
And because I don't have the bus number memorised, he said there's nothing else he can do for me.
I am so frustrated.
