My husband's pension payout

My husband resigned end of March for Serious health reasons. Right now he can't get treatment because someone somewhere is not bothered whether he gets his money or not.

Firstly, he was given incorrect forms to complete. Then, they say they couldn't scan his identity document and this he found out about 2 weeks after having left the dept. Mind you, he makes the calls, not them. They don't inform you. Then, two weeks back he went to enquire at the Bloem office, only ro find that some woman who was handling his claim, incorrectly stamped over the bank details (her fault) and now they had to fill in a new Z102 form. Then last week he called GEPA again (pretoria office) where he was told that they received the new Z102 form. Today, he calls again, this time the consultant says the Z102 form is missing. Now everytime this happens, the process is extended for 2 months. Now how incompetent is this? Why do people go to their workplace if they are not doing their jobs properly. We are so disgusted by this right now.
