On 18 March 2013 Hendrik Nel tested that our water meter is faulty. Refer that the last reading for electricity was on 19 May 2011, i.e. 2 years back, in spite of supplying all possible telephone/cellphone numbers to make sure there is access - staff is home too. The consumption dispute was lodged 26 November 2010, two and a half years ago - reference 8000204061, again - reference number 80001093527. Out of desperation Webber Wentzel sent letter to Mbulelo Ruda on 16 October 2012 - NO RESPONSE TO ADJUST ACCOUNT. Except that we were blackmailed to pay R65 343.00 through cutting our power on 26 October 2012. We are again blackmailed to pay R96 000 by the end of today to prevent the power being cut. Refer: Water meter tested faulty and electricity read once only - 19/5/2011 - during this period. Staff deserve disciplinary hearings with me being present - been to Sandton offices 7 times!
