I 1st called City of Tshwane on the 23rd of April 2013 - of which then a call was logged ref 474007. All i want is for them to come an 'shift' the 2 water meters which are just infront of my drive way to a convenient place. I was told this should be done in the next 2-3 days. To this day no1 has called or come to move the meters. I called again on the 27th May 2013 to find out what is happening and no1 can tell me what is happening, instead i get a new call number (481306) of which i ask what happened to the 1st one. Today 31 May 2013 i called City of Tshwane and still no1 can tell me anything regarding my call instead i get given another number to call. All i want is some feedback/response anything!!!
