I reported on 23 October that I required a copy of the life insurance claim forms to the client services department in writing. I requested this at least 7 times when 3 weeks later did I only get a copy. In there, it states that I need to fill in a claim form.
I keep asking for a claim form and also tried calling the insurance people themselves who then reverted me back to Bayport. This is almost a month later and only received my claim forms today. My oncologist has them now but has numerous others to attend to. If this affects the payout for dreaded disease, please note that I have already informed my lawyers of this as this is seen to me as trying to not get the claim paid out! I will be sending the forms in as soon as my oncologist get's the chance to complete, but this might only be a week from now. I want this processed immediately or I will take this further.
