Poor feedback response time

Hi there
I have an appointment for my son at Hope Street Dental Clinic for 12th march 2013, His teeth is making him very sick and whenever we call them to ask if there is any sooner date, they just say (bluntly) " there is no cancellations". Then on Monday the 14th January 2013 he had an Abscess in his mouth and we had to rush him to a doctor. Then doctor gave him medication and it helped after 2 days. Also on Monday 14th January 2013 i contacted the health department on there number that i got online (0860142142) and spoke to a Kieyaam that ensured me that he would send through my query to the people in charge to look into the matter. I called them everyday for this week and they keep on telling me that they will escalate the problem.

As to now, i still never received any feedback from them and it's Friday 18th January 2013. My son is only 2 years of age that's why he needs to be made to sleep in order to remove his teeth. He cries every night about his teeth paining. As a parent we just want the best for our child, but people can just take so much.

If you can please assist us in getting answers from the department of health to resolve this matter please
