Disconnection of electricity for a paid up account

On the 16 th January 2013 my account was disconnected, I had no electricity, I first thought it was a power outage but I noticed that my house was the only one without electricity in the complex. I have never defaulted in account payments so I didn't understand, so I checked on my bill the telephone numbers I could call that is when I discovered that the Emalahleni local municipality does not have an after hours number or a call center operated number that can be used to report faults after hours. I had to wait until the 17th January for the offices to open, the guy working at reception was rude not helpful he just told me to join a long queue he could not tell me what the queue was for he said I can ask the people waiting in line!!! I decided to go to the nearest open office and they said my account is up to date and they don't know why it was disconnected so they will reconnect, then they gave me a cell phone number to call if I'm not connected by 16h00'
