Call Center Agent gave out bad attitude

Reported an electrical fault at Emalahleni municipality 2013/09/08 11:55:32 and the lady i have reported to she gave out a good service, made a call to Emalahleni municipality number 0136906222 round about 13:15 2013/09/08 to make a follow up on the request open early hours and the lady named Thuli who was a reliever and supposed to be at work to give customer service at Emalahleni call center instead she gave me bad attitude, her respond was 'i don't know where the place is and i was not at work when the fault was reported' when i try to explain to her that this request was already reported, she responded and say 'you have to report it again'. i have requested for her manager, the manager apparently was not working after hours (Mr. Van fuuren 0136906911)
