Compensation Commissioner
Injury on Duty - No Claims being paid

Injury on duty, In the past you could go to any hospital any dr and everything was paid. I had an injury on duty in September 2012. Up to date no accounts had been paid to my Dr, x-strays, fisio, pharmacy, hospital, anastetics, MRI, CT Scans. I need medication each month, I had to pay cash for it because no pharmacy wants to assist me because the compentation fund does not pay them. According to all parties Compentation Funds owes them millions. Every Business makes contribution to the Compentation Fund, if the business delays with the payment they get a penalty of 10%. I want to know what happens to this money because the bills is not being paid to the Dr, Hospitals and all the other service providers who wants to assist the patients. Due to this the patients can not get treated. Did you know that if you get injured now you need to go to Kalafong hospital because no Hospital or Dr wants to treat you because Compentation Fund owes them millions. The patients must now pay the accounts. Please investigate.
