BMW Northcliff ignores injury on duty of employee

In Dec 2011, my brother was injured on duty and no attempts were made by BMW Northcliff to assist him. In the end he accrued bills from his personal doctor without any form of compensation as the WC12 form was not filled on time and the company had sent him to a wrong medical station that was not covered by the medical aid. He injured his back and up to now and he has difficulties walking because of the injured back. The M R I scan that was requested by the doctor and the x-rays were so expensive that he couldn't afford to pay for them. His provident fund claim was rejected after the company had threatened to take further action. The company doctor that they eventually sent him to after two years of going back and forth recommended that he be operated on to prevent further damage to his back. The doctor booked him off until he can be operated on. So far, there has been no word from the company since they last contacted him on the 6th December 2013 with threats of dismissing him. The sad part is that they stopped his salary in May 2013 and he has no means of supporting his family or himself. They have not even made attempts to follow-up on his provident fund claims.
