I am deeply upset by the policy of your fares that the passes have an expiry date despite the pass not being entirely used. I feel this policy is unjust and needs to be reviewed. It makes no sense as the pass you purchase
is for a set number of days, as such how can the pass expire before the days of the pass. I understand if a long period has passed but to be using your pass and have it expire the following day it not fair. In fact I would go so far as to argue that my money was due to bad policy on your part.

Early in 2011 we were advised by the Bombela Concession Company who procured an independent legal review of the Product offerings specifically in the light of the Consumer Protection Act and we were subsequently advised by the Concession Company that we are compliant.
