It is now the second time I have to visit them. First time no service and now again. They have an enquiries desk that is always closed so you can't do any enquiries. The reson why I'm here is that there is now after 10 years a vehicle back on my name that was sold and transfered to the new owner. In previous years I could take out my car licenses but this year the bakkie I sold 10 years back is showing on my name again. I guess we have to say welcome in the new dark South Africa!!!
