This guy said the bank was full on thurs& Friday, then he said he was going to transfer the money by fet Friday, then he said he did it sat afternoon, Then I spoke to him yesterday he said he transferred R1000 of which I told him R1500 is what is fair and that he should email proof of payment and he has not done that.
