I applied for my permit on 22 Dec 2010 at Home Affairs Office in Witbank under the Zimbabwe dispensation. I submitted all the required documents on application. I was called for fingerprinting and all was done as per requirement. On the sms calling me for fingerprinting were references: WTB 5094/2011/DZP and Ref 1000556351 from the DHA. I waited for the DHA to get back to me but that was not to be. I called their call centre and was told to go back to the Witbank Office and get the issue sorted out. On January 31 2012 I went there only to find that the permit was still outstanding. I spoke to a Mr. Khoza who made me fill in some forms to be sent to their head office for correction as these references were duplicated and on their system it didnt even indicate that I had fulfilled all their requirements. I have been told to wait and on my last visit to Witbank on the 8th of February 2013 Mr. Khoza pled ignorance of all that we had done on 31 January 2012. I need to be put in the light as to what is going on and if ever there is a permit still to be issued for me.
