Quality standards not applying

I have reserved names for two companies over a week ago and have not heard back from cipc as yet. Your quality standards have indicated that name reservations will only take 3 days yet i have waited over a week! this is unacceptable! 2 days ago i called and your systems were offline and have called everyday since then, spending over R300 airtime trying to get hold of one consultant! I wait 20-30 minutes at a time! This matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible and i would appreciate any urgency!
