First National Bank
Poor data capturing and a lot of inconvenience

I have been a customer for FNB since 2008 and it was quite appalling to learn that over they do not keep record of my profile correctly. In 2010 i tried to apply for a new card at King Williams Town branch: they could not find my documents, i had to resubmit. in 2011 i went to Rondebosch branch and they told me they needed copies of my papers to regularise my account. In 2012 i went to Palms spring branch, Johannesburg CBD, Sebokeng and each time they told me to submit my passport and permit copies.

Today the 10th of JUne I failed to send money to Zimbabwe because my temporary permit has expired. I DO NOT HAVE A TEMPORARY permit but a WORK PERMIT that I have had for the past 3 to 4 years now. Now I have to have the inconvenience of driving to one of the branches to resubmit the documents AGAIN. When I called the centre they said it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to see to it that the account profile is up to date before leaving the bank and what is BANK'S RESPONSIBILITY? After submissions they say all is sorted and they do not allow u to look at their PCs so how do I check for irregularities? With costs of inconveniences
How many branches does FNB have so that I can make copies for each
