Have been refered to many people namely, Wallied, Moses, Emotion, Berenedice, Palesa, Mtweta. Jean.
I called Bonitas who refered me to prime cure who then refreed me to PPN. I have been on the phone for the past hour!!! and nobody can tell me why this account has not been.
Spec savers has the following records:
Wallied instructed service provider to change the service date from 13/11/2012 to 31/12/2013 so that the claim does not become stale - that was on 14.03.2013Spec savers then change the service date as instructed. however no records reflect on your system for this claim. An ermail was sent by spec savers to [Email Removed] on 8 February 2013, 15 MArch 2013 and no acknowledgment of receipt was received by spec savers.11.04.2013 Moses advised spec savers that everything on the system reflects for service date 31.12.201229.04 - spec savers emailed [Email Removed] and he mentioned that no records on system for service date 31.12.2013Today i called and spoke to Jean who mentioned that the claim was rejected due to incorrect tarrif code for dos 01.11.2013 and no reason for the other service date. I asked Jean for his superiors email he said his new - CPA
