Already being a customer of Uber and enjoying their service offering, I made a purchase on Superbalist most because of the R200 Uber voucher advertised.
Nowhere did it state that it was for new Uber customers only.
Only upon completion of the order did i receive an email stating that it applied to new customers only.
I am extremely dissapointed that an entity which seemed to be about customer satisfaction would use misleading advertising in this manner.
It also leads me to doubt whether the praises i have been singing about Uber were a bit premature, especially if they are knowingly involved the misleading advertising.
