PATHETIC SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

Clicks advertised & promoted Renew 3D hair colour online in their booklet & on TV since early Nov. Since then i have been calling & going in regularly to Clicks Claremont, Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town, even Canal Walk stores. 1st not one of the staff members at the branches have any idea what i am talking about NOTHING is on their shelves AT ALL i have been searching for this product since early Nov - on 8th January 2014 I mailed Clicks Cust Service with query - got a response on 10th Jan saying query escalated to merchandiser, on 10th I called the c/ service with query was told will call merchandiser & call me back (its 13th Jan AND STILL NOT A CALL BACK - received an e mail 13th Jan saying "In reply, our Merchandiing division have advised that the Renew 3D Gloss is only available at selected Clicks stores. and a list of stores stocking item: IN MY E MAIL I CLEARLY GAVE THEM THE LIST OF STORES THAT DONT HAVE IT THAT DONT KNOW ABOUT IT & YET THEY SEND ME A STANDARD E MAIL TELLING ME THE STORES THAT SUPPOSEDLY HAS IT - NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO CALL A STORE 2 CONFIRM IF THEY HAVE THE ITEM THEN GIVE ME POSITIVE FEEDBACK - USELESS FREAKING MERCHANDISER, STORES & CUST/S - THEY PATHETIC
