I am Ms Mizah I was traveling from Bristown to Pretoria on the 19 June 2022, then I left my brown bag with jackets inside and I happen to realise when I got home, then I later called the call center to explain my problem on the 20 June 2022 then they took my number to say they will call me back, today it's the 23 June 2022 no contact from them, I tried to call today the 23 June 2022 to follow up my problem, then I got a very rude lady who said to me they will still call me, I must be patient and then I asked her how am going to know are they getting my staff and she harshly answered they will call you, then I asked her name and she dropped the call and when I called back again the phone is just ringing with out an answer... I need my bag and I will escalate this matter if I am not answered..
