A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRAINED INDIVIDUALS!!!
On many occasions we tried to collect the outstanding monies on 8 invoices, all we get is lies OR EVEN WORSE NO ANSWER or dropped calls in your ear as soon as they hear from which company you are calling! I will put this on record, today like any other day since the 16th May 2022 I called and called and called we either get no answer or the phone will be picked up and dropped, the 01st June 2022 I’ve tried calling Club Travel Corporate (PTY) Ltd between the times 11:34AM and 11:57AM, 7 times, 2 of these calls went to 087 351 5124 were reception picked up and put me through to finance and when finance heard it was a lady from 93on Celliers Guesthouse she rudely dropped the phone in my ear, I called a second time the same number just to be given a direct line to finance department of 087 354 3667, I’ve been calling this number 5 times they either do not answer the call, or pick it up and drop the line again immediately. I find this to be highly unprofessional from the whole team at Club Travel Corporate (PTY) Ltd. A COMPANY LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE PART OF THE INDUSTRY!!!
