No service, broken promises

On 25 May 2022 I ordered and paid for a chest freezer lid handle as well as delivery costs. Two days later, when I enquired about my delivery, I was told by Ntombi Mnisi (spares) that delivery takes 2 to 3 days. Two days later, when I enquired again, he asked for proof of payment despite ABSA having emailed him my proof of payment on the 25th. Nonetheless I sent him another proof of payment and he promised that I would have the part by the end of this week. I sent him an email yesterday and again today asking about my delivery. Neither email received the courtesy of a reply. It is now 3 June 2022, 10 days since I paid for the delivery of my order and I still do not have it. KIC now has a very irate customer.
