A truck hit my vehicle on 25 May 2022, as yet there has been NO COMMUNICATION from IWYZE and no assessor has seen my vehicle

I have logged onto the IWYZE HUB to request communication and left relevant details, but have received no correspondence.
I called RENEW-IT, in Randburg, where my car was sent- AND NO ASSESSOR HAS BEEN TO EVEN SEE MY VEHICLE
I called IWYZE and they have stated that the assessor would call me on Friday 3 June 2022, yet I have received no phone calls and no emails.
I was told that the turn around time for an assessor to see the vehicle, would be 24 hour- 48 hours.
This is now 12 days later and I have received no correspondence or communication from IWYZE!
I have observed that there are numerous complaints against IWYZE online, my next step will be to CONTACT the OMBUDSMAN, and other media sites.
I am currently driving a courtesy vehicle, but the vehicle is only available for 30 days. Your service is unacceptably inefficient and lacking in professionalism.
I am asking you to do your job and assess the vehicle so that it can be repaired and returned to me. I am so disappointed!
