I did get a voucher no purchasing the electricity from my banking app

Hi I have phoned from the 15th March2022 to get a voucher no for the electricity I bought, I had to go through 4 people to assist me and the one who assisted me today 16 March 2022 was very rude she gave me her name Pamela Horsham and the one before was just as rude they let loose R40 airtime while I was talking to them acting that they couldn't hear properly, but the the two staff on the 15th could hear me.
Its was such rudeness people that are suppose to be professional. I expect and answer or I will take this complaint to the minister. My contact detail 0823248840 my email [email protected]
