Victor Toka, a member of this congregation stole my car hire, money and left me stranded in Cape Town.
He believes he is above the law and clearly has no concern for his fellow man.
How he can leave a single female visiting from England stranded without the car she paid for is completely unacceptable and he should answer for his actions.
