My name is Bridget Koopman, and I am a member of Zone fitness St Georges Mall, some two weeks ago I left my (iPod, iPod holder and headphones) in the ladies change room.
an honest female Gym Member was kind enough to hand it in at the reception counter, the following evening when I requested for my (iPod, iPod holder and headphones) it was told to me that yes it was handed in, was recorded in the book, but it seems like my items could not be found by your staff members.
I did discuss the above mentioned with your branch manager (Anita Sinclair) and her answer to me was, that there is nothing that she can do, however she will have a polygraph taken by all staff members.
My concern is as follows:
1. My understanding is that nobody other than a staff member is allowed behind the reception desk - if my items got missing behind the reception desk, who took it???
2. to date Anita Sinclair is yet to get back to me with feedback as to who is going to take responsibility for my lost / items.
3. I'm a Gym members now for the past 18motnths an yes I really do love Zone fitness St Georges Mall
